Hannah  Little is the founder and Lead Lifestyle Strategist of Element Catalyst. She lives in Fort Collins, CO with her husband, two young daughters, and their pups. She enjoys connecting with the community, cooking, being active, getting outside and a good book or cup of coffee. Hannah is a strategic and empathy driven health professional who is passionate about guiding others towards sustained health behavior changes.

Her qualifications include a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion. She also holds a 200 hour yoga teacher certification. She has worked in the health and wellness field since 2010 with multiple populations. Her relevant experience includes serving as a program coordinator/health educator for a heart disease prevention program focused on firefighters/emergency responders, a fitness specialist for pre-hire screening programs, clinical human research coordinator, lifestyle medicine professional, fitness tester, geriatric fitness program assistant, cardiac rehab assistant and as a corporate health coach.
